6.once you filled it out Click on the DOWNLOAD button Make sure you put the right Type:

 

7.then you should get a .reg don't worry its safe you can edit it to see inside it.

 

8.now Double click on the .reg and just hit YES to everyhing.

 

9.after that you want to quit out of Skype fully so its not running.

 

10.then run Skype and go to Tools / Options / Advanced / Connections

 

11.Doing it this way makes it Stick and if you need to remove go to Step 6 and download the Remove .reg
